Grammy-winning Nigerian singer, Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun, popularly known as Wizkid, has shared his aspirations to venture into acting during a recent announcement of a break from music. The Starboy boss, who expressed his desire to explore new creative outlets, revealed that he wants to become an actor for the opportunity to kiss women and shoot guns in movies.
Taking to his Instagram story, Wizkid playfully wrote in Pidgin, “Shebi I tell una I one dey act film!…I just want dey kiss and shoot a gun for a movie. Daz all!!”
This revelation comes after Wizkid announced his temporary break from music, initially stating that he would be out of the studio for three or four years. However, in a later Instagram story, he playfully hinted at the possibility of extending the break to six years, indicating that he is thoroughly enjoying his current holiday.
Wizkid’s foray into acting may bring a new dimension to his artistic expression, allowing fans to see another side of the versatile entertainer on the big screen.
