The FCT Police Command says it is still investigating the Abuja “one chance” robbers incident which resulted in the death of a lady, Greatness Olorunfemi.
Olorunfemi was said to have been stabbed and thrown out of a moving vehicle by “one chance” robbers on September 26, 2023, along the Maitama-Kubwa Highway in the capital city.
It was alleged in a viral video that the medical team at the Maitama District Hospital, Abuja requested a police report and denied her treatment.
The development was reported to have led to her death.
In a phone interview with Crime Fighters on Saturday, Spokesperson of the FCT police command, DSP Josephine Adeh said investigation into the incident was ongoing.
She added that when the investigation is concluded, the outcome would be communicated to the public.
Recall that the father to late Greatness, Rev. Joseph Olorunfemi on Thursday, revealed the plan of the deceased before her death.
According to him, his late daughter planned to travel to the United States of America to commence her PhD in Microbiology in 2024.
