Ibadan based Skitmaker, Abdullahi Maruff Adisa, popularly called Trinity Guy, has regained freedom from prison custody.
He was released on bail from Agodi correctional centre on Friday evening.
His colleague and popular skit maker, Abdugalfar Abiola, known as Cute Abiola, announced Trinity’s release via his Instagram page.
“Trinity is finally free on bail. I am wishing you all the best brother. May Almighty Allah keep guiding you to the right part. Welcome back! My guy don pray tire. see him forehead” Lawyer Kunle posted on Facebook,” he said.
It would be recalled that Magistrate P O Adetuyibi of the Family Court in Iyaganku, Ibadan, remanded 31-year-old Trinity over alleged sexual abuse and exploitation.
He was accused of sexually abusing and exploiting a 10-year-old girl in Kuola area, Ibadan, an offence that contravened the provisions of Section 35 (1) and was punishable under Section 35 (2) of the Oyo State Child Rights Law 2006. The offense also contravenes section 516 of the Criminal Code Laws of Oyo State 2000.
The matter was adjourned till November 3, 2023.
Trinity was arrested after a skit where he asked the female minor to give disturbing descriptive details of a male genital went viral.
