Former Kaduna Senator, Shehu Sani has expressed optimism that Nigeria will overcome her challenging moments on the occasion of the country’s 63rd independence anniversary.
Nigeria clocked 63 years of attaining independence from Great Britain on October 1.
Sani in a post on his official X handle on Sunday, admitted that the country has been through challenging moments in its history.
He, however, said the future of Nigeria will be brighter and greater.
He wished all Nigerians a happy Independence Day celebration.
He wrote, “Today is Nigeria’s 63rd Independence anniversary. We have been through challenging moments in our history; I have faith that we shall overcome and the future of our country will be brighter & greater. Happy Independence Day to all compatriots.”
