In a shocking incident, armed men raided the home of Bruna Biancardi, girlfriend of international football star Neymar, in Cotia, Saul Paulo, during the early hours of Tuesday. Biancardi, who is also the mother of Neymar’s newborn daughter Maive, was at home with her parents when the robbery occurred. The assailants, armed with weapons, overpowered Biancardi’s parents, tying them up but thankfully not causing any physical harm.
According to local reports, the robbers made away with valuable items, including designer bags and watches, estimated to be worth about $120,000. Swift action by law enforcement led to the arrest of a 20-year-old suspect caught in the act. Authorities have also identified the second perpetrator and are actively working to apprehend them. Efforts are underway to identify and arrest the third suspect involved in the incident.
In response to the ordeal, Biancardi reassured the public about the safety of her family through an Instagram post, stating, “Material things are recoverable; the important thing is that everyone is okay, and the individuals responsible are being apprehended.”
The incident serves as a reminder of the importance of security measures and vigilance, even for high-profile individuals, and highlights the effectiveness of law enforcement in swiftly responding to such criminal activities.
