The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) will open its offices and selected outstations nationwide on Wednesday, October 21, to attend to candidates’ complaints and enquiries as part of activities marking its Customer Service Week.

The board announced this in a statement shared on its official X account on Monday, stating that the exercise would run from 9am to 2pm.

According to JAMB, the initiative will provide candidates with an opportunity to seek clarification, obtain guidance and raise concerns about the board’s services through direct engagement with its personnel.

The examination body said the exercise was aimed at strengthening communication with candidates and improving service delivery.

“Whether you have a question, need guidance or wish to raise a concern about JAMB services, this is an opportunity to engage with our team directly,” the statement read.

JAMB urged candidates to clearly explain their enquiries and concerns to enable its staff to understand their needs and provide appropriate assistance.

The board reaffirmed its commitment to listening to candidates, addressing their concerns and improving the quality of services available to them.

The exercise will take place at JAMB offices and selected outstations across the country.
