This was disclosed in a statement issued by the command’s Police Public Relations Officer, SP Tochukwu Ikenga, on Friday.
According to the statement, the suspect was arrested on Thursday evening, September 10, 2026, after police operatives obtained information through open-source intelligence about a disturbing video circulating online.
The command said preliminary findings indicated that the video depicted a woman sexually abusing a minor, prompting operatives to launch an investigation to establish the circumstances surrounding the footage and identify those involved.
The operation subsequently led to the arrest of Onyeanusia and the rescue of four children aged two, three, six and nine.
Police said sex toys and other items considered relevant to the investigation were also recovered from the location.
The suspect has been taken into custody as investigators work to establish the full circumstances of the alleged offence and determine whether other persons were involved.
The command added that the suspect’s husband was also being questioned as part of the investigation to determine whether he had any connection with the alleged abuse.

Anambra State, CP Nnanna Oji Ama, expressed concern over the allegations and condemned the exploitation and abuse of children.
Ama directed that the matter be subjected to a thorough and professional investigation, while ordering that the rescued children receive appropriate care and protection.
The command said the welfare, safety and dignity of the children remained its primary concern, adding that it would collaborate with relevant child-protection agencies and support organisations to provide the necessary care, counselling and assistance.
It further assured that the identities and privacy of the children would be protected throughout the investigation and any subsequent legal
proceedings.
The police also commended vigilante operatives, bloggers and residents whose information assisted the investigation and contributed to the arrest.
The command urged members of the public to continue providing credible information to security agencies to help protect children and prevent abuse and exploitation.
