Air Peace has cautioned customers and the general public against dealing with an individual allegedly posing as one of the airline’s customer support representatives using the phone number 09074904301.
The warning was contained in a disclaimer issued by the airline on Wednesday and signed by Osifo Whiskey.
According to the airline, the individual has been responding to customer enquiries while falsely presenting himself as an authorised representative of Air Peace.
The airline clarified that the phone number is not connected to its operations and has never been approved to provide customer support on its behalf.
Air Peace urged customers to ignore messages or calls from the number and warned against disclosing personal details, booking information or financial data to anyone using it.
The airline advised passengers seeking assistance to rely only on its verified communication platforms, including its official website and authenticated social media accounts on X, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
Reaffirming its commitment to customer safety, Air Peace said it remains vigilant in protecting passengers from fraudsters and online impersonators, while encouraging the public to remain alert and report suspicious activities.
