Musa Zakari, the Director of Human Resource Management at NEMA, has pointed to rapid climate changes as a significant factor contributing to the frequent occurrence of flooding and other natural disasters in Nigeria.
He emphasizes the need for the country to reconsider its approach to disaster management in light of these challenges.
