Operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA, have arrested one man for drug trafficking.
Spokesman of NDLEA, Femi Babafemi disclosed this in a statement on Sunday on his Facebook page.
Babfemi blamed the crime on the desperation to make money by the suspect.
He said, “Narco-trend update: The Xmas rush is real. They’re desperate to make quick money to pressure others. They run from Lagos airport to board at the Abuja airport with drugs in their bellies, forgetting that #ndlea_nigeria is ready for them at all points. Here’s another one this week, and more are still in custody excreting. Stop this suicidal mission!”
