The presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP) Peter Obi will address a World Press Conference today, November 6th.
LP National Publicity Secretary, Obiora Ifoh disclosed this in a statement issued on Monday.
The statement read, “His Excellency Peter Obi will address a World Press Conference scheduled for 2 pm today at Campaign Headquarters.”
This conference will be Obi’s first official media conference after his defeat at the Supreme Court.
A week ago, Obi’s campaign Spokesman, Yunusa Tanko denied claims that the LP presidential candidate had gone into hiding after the apex court ruling.
According to Tanko, Obi travelled out of the country long before the court notice arrived.
He added that Obi will address Nigerians once return to the country.
The apex court had on October 26th dismissed the appeals of Obi and that of the PDP presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar challenging the electoral victory of President Bola Tinubu.
