The newly appointed Commissioner for Reconstruction, Rehabilitation and Resettlement, Engr. Ibrahim Idris, has died.
According to unconfirmed reports, Engr Idris passed on in his sleep at his 777 Housing Estate, Maiduguri, guest house.
He is said to have died from suspected heart related ailment.
Some other sources said the deceased was poisoned.
His remains were taken to the University of Maiduguri Teaching Hospital.
