    Nigerian singer, Divine Ikubor popularly known as Rema beat his Nigerian colleague, Burna Boy to win the African Artiste of The Year at the 2023 Headies award held on Sunday

    Rema also defeated Black Sherrif from Ghana, Marwa Loud from Morocco, and Diamond Platnumz from Tanzania.

    The 16th edition of the Headies Award was held at the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Center, Atlanta, United States of America.

    Meanwhile, Nigerians on social media giant, X (formally known as Twitter ) have reacted to Rema’s win over the “Last Last” crooner.
