The incident, which occurred around 4 pm, left several other worshippers injured.
Confirming the incident, the Emir of Zazzau, Mallam Ahmed Nuhu Bamalli, said they had observed a crack on the wall of the mosque yesterday, and a plan was underway to deploy a team of civil engineers to effect repairs.

The Emir also directed that the funeral prayer of all the corpses will be observed today at 8.30 pm at the palace.
