In a surprising turn of events, Justice Hamza Muazu of the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, Abuja, has ruled that the former Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Godwin Emefiele, be remanded in Kuje prison pending the determination of his request for bail.
