A showroom at the popular Banex Plaza located along the Aminu Kano Crescent in Wuse II, Abuja was gutted by fire on Monday.
According to reports, the showroom went up in flames and some persons were heard screaming in the background.
Men of the FCT Fire Service are said to be on the ground to put out the inferno.
“Yes, it’s true. Our men are already on the ground,” the Head of Operations of the FCT Fire Service, Abiola Adebayo, was said to have confirmed.
The cause of the fire incident or casualty figures has not been known.
