A Wednesday morning accident involving a fuel tanker left a crowd of people jostling for petrol.
The accident happened around the Interchange Bridge in Ogun State state.
It is not clear what led to the accident but it led to a gridlock on the Lagos Ibadan Expressway.
Scooping petrol from fallen tankers has resulted in the loss of several lives in the past.
