The Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja has upturned the election of Elisha Abbo as Senator representing Adamawa North District in the senate.
The court delivered the judgement on Monday.
The appellate court, therefore, declared the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Amos Yohanna as the winner of the senatorial election.
