Governor Babagana Zulum of Borno State on Friday, inaugurated an underpass bridge built like a tunnel for pedestrian road-crossing in the state capital, Maiduguri.
Constructed around the famous Gamboru market in Maiduguri, the project allow for a pedestrian to cross a major road under a tunnel while vehicles drive on top of the bridge.
