Suspected terrorists have abducted five female students of the Federal University Dutsin-Ma (FUDMA), in Katsina State. The State Police Command has, however, confirmed the arrest of one suspect in connection with the incident. A police constable, Belasa Iyangedue has been dismissed by the Benue State Police Command for raping a 16-year-old girl kept in detention. The police in Lagos has confirmed the death of two persons following an incident involving an official of the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) and a driver in the Ago Palace area of Lagos.
