
Gunmen Kill Two Policemen, Injure One In Imo
Yet-to-be-identified gunmen have gunned down two Policemen and injured another at Okpala junction in Ngor Okpala Local Government Area of Imo State.
The gunmen, suspected to be members of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), attacked the Policemen in the early hours of Saturday.
The State Police Public Relations Officer, ASP Henry Okafor, confirmed that two Officers were shot dead while another was shot in the leg.
He said that the hoodlums also sustained gunshot injuries as one of their recovered operational vehicles had bullet holes and blood stains.
He added that the Command is trailing the hoodlums who are currently on the run.
