Nigerian Troops Eliminate Seven Terrorists in Zamfara

Troops of Operation HADARIN DAJI conducted clearance Operations to Birnin Tsaba, Tsanu, Lamba, Gabas, Gidan Kaso, and Dumburum Forest in Zurmi Local Government Area of Zamfara State, neutralizing seven terrorists in the process.

In the operation conducted on Saturday, April 22, 2023, the troops also destroyed several bandits’ camps and seven motorcycles.

Two empty AK 47 magazines and one Baofeng radio were recovered.

Also, following the arrest of a terrorist informant on April 21, 2023, troops conducted a follow-up operation and arrested two terrorists at Shinkafi town, Shinkafi Local Government Area of the State, on Sunday.

Items recovered from suspects include one motorcycle and three mobile phones.

The Military High Command has commended the troops of Operation HADARIN DAJI and encouraged the public to avail troops with credible and timely information on criminal activities.
