Police Arrest 20-year-old Lady With Drugs, Recover Locally made Firearm

Lagos State Police Command says its operatives have arrested a 20-year-old lady, Aminat Ajayi, with 103 wraps of a psychotropic drug, Colorado.

The suspect was arrested during a raid led by the Divisional Police Officer, Ijora-Badia, at Whitesand area of the State, the Command Spokesperson, SP Benjamin Hundeyin, said in a tweet.

Similarly,  the Police said some hoodlums on Liasu Road dropped a polyethylene bag and took to their heels upon sighting a patrol vehicle. 

 When the bag was checked, a locally made firearm and six live cartridges were discovered.
