Police Declare Chinmark CEO Wanted Over Alleged N480m Fraud

The Nigeria Police Force has declared the Chief Executive Officer of Chinmark Group, Ijiomah Marksman Chinedu, wanted for alleged investment fraud.

He is wanted by the Assistant Inspector General of Police, Interpol, at the Force Headquarters in Abuja for alleged cyber fraud, obtaining money by false pretense and money laundering to the tune of Four Hundred and Eighty Million and Thirteen Thousand Naira (N480,013,000).

The suspect is said to have fled the country.

A special police gazette bulletin disclosed that a warrant of arrest/bench warrant was issued by the Magistrate Court of Lagos.
