Lagos State Commissioner of Police, CP Idowu Owohunwa, on Tuesday, decorated 36 newly promoted Officers at the State Command Headquarters in Ikeja.

He also appealed to the Inspector of General of Police, IGP Usman Alkali Baba, CFR, to continue to give special consideration in his reward program to Officers serving in the State.

In the same vein, the CP presented cheques worth twenty-eight million naira (N28,000,000:00) to families and next of kin of Officers who died in the line of their duties.
