Portable Has More Than Six Count Charges To Answer- FPR0
The Force Public Relations Officer, CSP Olumuyiwa Adejobi, says that the Nigerian artiste, Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, has more than six count charges to answer following his arrest on Friday.
The Spokesperson made this known on Saturday while responding to a comment by a Twitter user who claimed that the Police were quick to arrest Portable but ignored MC Oluomo’s alleged threats to residents of the State during the just concluded elections.
It would be recalled that a video went viral on Tuesday, where Portable was seen exhibiting irrational behavior and hurling insults at Police Officers who were on duty to invite him to the Station.
He tweeted: “I am sure u are very awake as I have addressed MC’s case, but Portable has more than 6 count charges to attend to. Apart from resisting arrest and injuring a Policeman, he will be charged to Court for beating up a guy in Otta who filed a petition to CP Ogun.
“There are many pending cases of assaults on people and attacks, and he will be investigated because people have complained against him.
“So, there is no sentiment in law, let him appear in Court, and allow the judge to listen to the charges against him. He has no constitutional immunity anyway.”
