President Muhammadu Buhari met with from Service and Intelligence Chiefs on Thursday at the State House, Abuja.
The Service Chiefs briefed the Presidents on security-related matters in the country.
Those in attendance were the Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo; Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Boss Mustapha; the Chief of Staff to the President, Ibrahim Gambari; the National Security Adviser (NSA), Major Gen. Babagana Monguno; Minister of Defense, Major General Bashir Salihi Magashi (rtd) and Minister of Interior, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola.
Others are the Chief of Army Staff, Lt General Farouk Yahaya; Chief of Naval Staff, Vice Admiral Awwal Gambo; Chief of Air Staff, Air Marshal Isiaka Oladayo Amao; and the Chief of Defense Staff, General Lucky Irabor.
The Inspector-General of Police, IGP Alkali Baba Usman, the Director-General of the Department of State Service (DSS), Yusuf Bichi, and the Director-General of the National Intelligence Agency (NIA), Ahmed Rufai Abubakar, were also present.
