Lagos State Government has shut down all branches of Chrisland School in the State following allegations that a 10-year-old student was assaulted by male students during a trip to Dubai organized by the school.
The alleged sexual violation occurred when the school took part in the World School Games in March. The sexual act was allegedly recorded and posted.
The mother of the 10-year-old girl cried out publicly after the school authorities suspended her daughter on March 10, 2022, for “improper behaviour.”
