Scores of Boko Haram/ISWAP terrorists fled as Nigerian Troops raided their hideout in Douro, Borno State, on Saturday.
The Nigerian Army disclosed this feat on Sunday through its official Facebook page, adding that the terrorist abandoned their gun trucks and weapons.
“Nigerian Troops Troops of 5 Brigade on fighting patrol to BHT/ISWAP enclave in Douro near Damasak in Borno State on Saturday 29 Jan 22 infiltrated the terrorist’s location. During the attack, terrorists fled in disarray, abandoning their gun trucks and
weapons.”
The Army also noted that aggressive patrols are currently ongoing.
