Following ongoing investigations into the alleged murder of Chief Ajieh Anthony Nwanasor, Ikenna Ugochukwu, and abduction of a traditional, HRH Igwe Oliver Chike Nnaji (Ezechukwukwadolu the III) of Ogwu-aniocha community in Ogbaru Local Government Area, the Anambra State Police Command has declared 21 persons wanted.
The Police named the wanted persons Okwudili Ogana, Chidi Ekpendu, Chukwunonso Udom, Amaechi Akachukwu, Emmanuel Ejiofor, Christian Udeze, Chikezie Onwuka aka Osy Torture, Iweka Odogwu, Chimezie Okonkwo aka Danger; and Onochie Nwabugwu aka Young PG.
Others are Anayo Ubadi aka Agunechimba, Chibueze Egwenu, Charles Obi, Aboy Udom, Chinedu Collins Nwonani, Onyebuchi Umuna aka Omeke, Ifeanyi Mbanugo aka Acid, Sunday Osadebe, Nduba Chibuzor, Amechi Adama and Azuakonam Anyakodia.
The State Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Ikenga Tochukwu, who made this known in a statement, appealed to the general public to report to the nearest Police Station anyone whose name or picture is on the wanted list, adding that confidentiality is guaranteed.
He also called on the citizens to call the Anambra State Police Command on 07039194332 or 08039334002 if they have any information to aid the investigation.
